Arrival time is flexible, anytime between 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Dinner will be buffet style, and will be served around 7:00 p.m.
Dress will be nice casual. This is a home coming for a very special group that have been separated for almost ten years. This is your private event, so just be comfortable and enjoy seeing your long lost brothers
and sisters.

Please book your rooms early so that the appropriate plans can be made. To get the group reduced hotel rate, you should identify yourself as being with the Charleston Naval Shipyard, Shop 38 reunion group. An all you can eat breakfast buffet is included each morning during your stay. If you encounter any difficulties, ask to speak to Chris Walz.
